Lunching with my kids is a rare occasion.
But earlier this year The Drake Hotel launched a new series of weekly Tuesday meet ups for moms and dads – and gave me hope that I could enjoy an awesome meal at a cool venue with my kids in TOw. It’s called High Chair Hangouts, where a portion of their restaurant is reserved for families, strollers are pulled up along the bar, and the menu is designed specifically for multi-tasking moms and their littles. There are even some special guests offering up tips on how-to-cook-for-kids and hosting full-on disco parties for toddlers.
This summer we joined the very cool moms from The Rebel Mamas as they gathered ‘Team Mom’ for the launch of their Rebel Mama jerseys. Check ’em out, they are pretty rad. More special lunch-time promos are back this fall (see calendar below) and on November 8th, there is a special DIY photo project drop in with Moms in T.O. family + portrait photographer Emily D Photography.
Thanks The Drake for letting me lunch like a cool mom.
